PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy governs subscription-based purchases (“Subscriptions”) made through LifespanMax.com.

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.

By purchasing a Subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.


1. Subscription Model

When purchasing a subscription product, you enter into a recurring billing arrangement.

The subscription price, billing frequency, and recurring nature of the charge are clearly displayed before checkout confirmation.

By completing the checkout process, you expressly authorize LifespanMax to charge your selected payment method at the specified recurring interval (e.g., monthly) unless and until the subscription is canceled.

There is no minimum subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with this Policy.

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

Your payment method will be automatically charged on the renewal date unless the subscription has been canceled before that date.

It is your responsibility to ensure cancellation is completed prior to the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue the subscription.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting info@lifespanmax.com.

Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.

If cancellation occurs after a renewal charge has already been processed, the current billing cycle will remain active and will not automatically be refunded, unless required by applicable law.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not retroactively affect completed billing cycles.


4. Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the terms set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Where applicable under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the initial subscription order.

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements are not eligible for return.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment fails or is declined, we may attempt to process the payment again.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions in the event of repeated payment failures.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or subscription terms.

Any material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription before such changes take effect.
