RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights regarding order cancellation, returns, defective products, and refunds for purchases made through LifespanMax.com.

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires by contacting info@lifespanmax.com.

However, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery for health protection and hygiene reasons.

If the product seal, protective foil, or packaging has been opened, the product is not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

You must return eligible unopened goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

If the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, your rights are governed by the applicable Right of Withdrawal provisions set out in this Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Customers Outside the European Union

Customers residing outside the European Union do not have a statutory right of withdrawal unless required by mandatory local law.

For non-EU customers, returns are accepted only in cases where:

  • the product was damaged upon arrival,

  • the order was incorrectly fulfilled,

  • the product is defective under applicable law.

Opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs for non-EU customers are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error.

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable.

4. Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders

If you receive a product that does not correspond to your order confirmation, you must notify us without undue delay and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

We may request photographic evidence of:

  • the received product

  • outer packaging

  • shipping label

If the order was fulfilled incorrectly, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, replace the product or issue a refund.

5. Damaged Products Upon Arrival

If your product arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us without undue delay and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

We may request photographic evidence of the damage and packaging condition.

Where damage is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


6. Defective Products (Legal Conformity)

We are legally obliged to supply products that conform to the contract and applicable food safety and consumer protection laws.

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legally prescribed period.

For the purposes of food supplements, a product shall be considered non-conforming only if, at the time of delivery, it:

  • is physically damaged or compromised,

  • is expired prior to delivery,

  • materially differs from the product description provided on the Website,

  • contains incorrect or legally non-compliant labeling,

  • is contaminated or otherwise unsafe for normal intended use.

Individual biological response, lack of perceived effect, personal dissatisfaction, or failure to achieve expected health outcomes does not constitute a lack of conformity.

You must notify us without undue delay after discovering the alleged defect. Notification within two months from discovery shall be deemed timely under EU consumer protection law.

We may request reasonable evidence of the alleged defect, including photographs and, where necessary, return of the product for inspection.

This section does not apply to issues resulting from:

  • improper storage after delivery,

  • failure to follow dosage or usage instructions,

  • use contrary to labeling or warnings,

  • damage occurring after delivery.

Where a lack of conformity is confirmed, remedies shall be provided in accordance with applicable law and free of charge to the consumer. Such remedies may include replacement, price reduction, or refund, as appropriate.

This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

8. Products Not Eligible for Return

The opened or unsealed food supplements are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.
