1. Shipping Area
LifespanMax currently ships primarily within the European Union. International shipping outside the European Union may be available depending on destination, product availability, and regulatory restrictions.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse delivery to certain regions where legal, regulatory, or logistical limitations apply.

Orders are processed after full payment has been successfully received.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Latvia).
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
European Union: approximately 2–10 business days.
Outside the European Union: delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs procedures.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within a specific period.
4. Shipping Carriers
We cooperate with reputable postal operators and international courier services, such as DPD, DHL, GlobalMail,etc., providing tracking information.
Carrier selection is determined at our discretion based on destination and logistics availability.

LifespanMax cannot be held liable for loss or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Undelivered Packages

Carrier investigations may require additional time before resolution.
